Refund Policy

In the event you are unhappy with your order, we will do what is required to rectify the issue and ensure your received what you ordered. We may require you return your product before issuing a refund. The following requirements apply to all refunds offered:

  • For incorrect product: We will reship your order and, if requiring the return of the previous order, will cover return shipping.

  • For products damaged in shipping: We may require the return of your damaged product, for which we will cover the shipping costs. We will reship your order upon receipt of pictures of the damage and take over any insurance claims with the shipping carrier we used. Should you be unwilling to await a reshipment, you can request a refund, minus payment processing fees.

  • In the event you, as the customer, change your mind, we will refund your order minus shipping, payment processing fees, and the greater of a $10 or 20% restocking fee upon return of your order.

  • For returns/cancellations before a product has shipped, we will refund your order minus payment processing fees and the greater of a 10% or $10 processing fee.

As banks, payment processors, PayPal, and the other infrastructure providers we rely on for payment processing have updated their policies to not refund payment processing fees, and even charge a fee again to reverse a transaction, we must pass that cost on to you when appropriate. We do not agree with this fee policy, but do not have any say over the issue.
