Taking Tab-and-slot construction to the extreme, this mini-weenie (hey, size doesn’t matter)-roaster is a great gift to give or to take out camping with you. Once the 10ga sheets are separated into their components, the pieces slot together and a few tacks, or even full welds, hold it all together. Remove the grill surface to load fuel, then get to cooking. We’ve added a “lifting fork” to assist in removing a hot cooking surface to reload fuel.
